Pumpkin Experiment
We did a really cool science experiment today. We carved out the inside of a pumpkin and lit a candle inside of it. Then, we put the top back on the pumpkin and counted to 60. When we took the top off again, we saw that the candle had stopped burning. We learned that the flame was extinguished because it did not have access to oxygen.

Our Student of the Week
We got a new Halloween book yesterday so we let our "Student of the Week," Jackson, read it to us.
